If you love cats and want to save lives, this volunteer opportunity may be for you! We're looking for a well-organized individual who loves cats and kittens to help our fosters. ARR pulls cats and kittens from high-kill shelters and also rescues them from street communities during TNR events. We place them in foster homes where they receive all the vet care they need, socialization, and lots of love while waiting for adoption. Our foster homes are truly their lifeline to give them the second chance they need.

This volunteer role is responsible for welcoming new cat fosters to Animal Rescue of the Rockies and answering questions they may have, including cat care, health issues, etc. Familiarity with kitten and cat illnesses would be helpful for this role, but training can be offered for this.

This position requires availability during the day, evenings, and weekends to send and answer emails, phone calls, and texts. If you work from home, have a flexible schedule, or don't work at all, this could be a good fit for you!
