Volunteers work with case managers to follow-up with clients after they have recieved services. They will use questionnaire to call and talk to previous clients to get feedback on the services they recieved, record their progress and sucess or learn what resources they still need. This volunteer will assist in creating a database of successes and opportunities with clients to maximize the effectiveness of client training and follow-up.

These volunteers will also help to build a network of former clients who would like to serve the community and help other families to break the poverty cycle.
