Position Duties:

The Finance assistant will assist in administrative duties for finance department. The Assistant will also be responsible for processing finance requests, purchase orders, and travel requests. They will check, correct, and maintain finance documents and databases. The volunteer will also assist in preparing various finance reports and documents as needed.

Qualifications:

Volunteer should have experience performing administrative tasks, preferably for a finance department. Experience with document preparation, purchasing, and databases is preferred.

Training:

Volunteers will be required to complete a background check and required DOH training. Orientation is required. Training on various role tasks may be available as necessary.
