PR, Digital Marketing and Communications Manager

The communications manager will be in charge of maintaining the public face of the organisation, from social media accounts, website, google Ads to appearance in print, radio and broadcasting platforms. The manager will work in a lean team and with all of the organisation’s programmes, collaborating with various programme managers to ensure that each social cause is well publicised and the latest information is available to the public.

Key Tasks

PR

• Media monitoring and tracking;
• Media coverage reporting;
• PR work pre and post event;
• Develop and distribute approved press documents;
• Managing media relations;
• Preparing annual report.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and implement digital campaigns for the various programmes;
• Strategize to reach targeted audience;
• Assist in PPC/SEO/SEM where required;
• Manage Google Ads for the organisation.

Manage and execute digital campaigns

• Plan suitable digital campaigns for the various programmes
• Prepare digital campaign/project proposals
• Help develop and implement projects
• Strategize to reach out to targeted audience
• Assist in specific PPC/SEO/SEM where required
• Regularly monitor and document results
• In charge of the organisations Google Ads

Social Media Management

• Manage the organisation’s social media accounts
• Plan and implement social media campaigns

Recruitment

• Work alongside HR department to distribute and promote open job & volunteer opportunities;
• Manage Google Ads for recruitment;
• Design and implement recruitment campaigns.

• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months to gain full exposure;
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the related field;
• Degree in related field;
• High Proficiency in English;
• Experienced with PPC/SEO/SEM practices;
• Familiar with Google Ads;
