ORGANIZATION: Jewish Family Service Agency

We deliver food to home-bound seniors every Tuesday and are seeking volunteers to join our team to deliver food items to two seniors living at home in Las Vegas. The food is picked up from our office (2309 Renaissance Dr. Suite B) on either Tuesday or Wednesday (whichever is preferable to the volunteer) and deliver to the home of the seniors. The recipients are very appreciative of the service and drivers may qualify to receive mileage reimbursement (restrictions apply)!

Description

JFSA was founded in 1977 to provide essential and affordable social services to the community. JFSA's programs touch the lives of well over 5,000 people in Clark County each year. JFSA is a non-sectarian agency and is funded through private donations, fund-raising programs, and a number of grants. We are a member of the Association of Jewish Family and Children's Agencies (AJFCA) the umbrella association of more than 150 JFSAs in North America.
