Thank you for your interest in helping us!

TAILS is raising needed funds by collecting donated items and putting them up for auction on eBay. Everyone gets that gift that they just don't plan on using - or maybe has an electronic device (old iPad, phone, etc) which is new (or nearly so) that is collecting dust - or perhaps knows a company with unclaimed special orders or inventory - well - please help us sell the donated items we have and collect new items and sell on eBay to raise funds for spay/neuter!

As an all-volunteer organization, eBay helps us offset our costs. We have sold items (donated to us specifically for this purpose) on eBay under the handle spaytosave and are seeking help collecting items, listing the items on eBay and/or help organizing collection/drop off days. This can all be done from the comfort of your home on your eBay account by using eBay for Charity and having the proceeds donated to TAILS.

All proceeds go to supporting our Mission (spaying and neutering animals to help end the pet overpopulation problem) and donors receive a tax receipt just as they would at the Goodwill or similar.

Ideally we seek individuals to help with all or part of the list below:

• Get the word out to the public that we are looking for items to sell to raise funds,
• Research appropriate venues to approach (individuals, businesses, etc) & ask them for their help
• Get the items listed on eBay

This is the perfect time of the year to do this as there are so many unwanted items lingering about and businesses with leftover/unwanted/unclaimed merchandise they need to push out before the holiday stuff comes in - all of which might end up going completely unused or destroyed - so why not donate those items to TAILS and help animals?! :)
