Hello! DogFest Phoenix is currently seeking volunteers to join the planning committee, fundraising team captains, and event sponsors! WE NEED YOU!
What is DogFest Walk n' Roll and Canine Companions for Independence? Founded in 1975, Canine Companions for Independence is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships. DogFest Walk n' Roll is a fully accessible, dog and family-friendly fundraising walk and festival to support Canine Companions!
Planning Committee: DogFest Walk n’ Roll(tm) wouldn’t be possible without the support of committed volunteers. You can get involved in a variety of ways in the planning of DogFest by joining a DogFest committee, such as team recruitment, sponsorship, publicity, logistics, entertainment and more! Event planning is starting NOW and will continue all the way up to the event! We’ll find a great spot for you and there’s something for everyone!
Team Captain: Register as an individual or create a team! Once you’ve registered, you can customize a donation page to tell your story and let people know what motivates you to participate in DogFest Walk 'n Roll(tm). Start fundraising and spread the word about this fun dog and family-friendly event! Your efforts will support the mission of Canine Companions for Independence!
Sponsorships : Sponsorship is an important and easy way for businesses and organizations to support DogFest Walk n’ Roll(tm) and contribute to Canine Companions for Independence’s life-changing mission. Not only do you support a wonderful cause, you receive great exposure in the community and provide leadership and volunteer opportunities for your employees or organization’s members! Sponsorship comes in many forms, each with their own benefits package. Suitable types of sponsorship include a cash sponsorship gift or an equivalent in-kind donation of product.
Festival Booths : You can make a difference! The Festival puts the "fest" in DogFest and we would like to invite you to participate in DogFest Walk n’ Roll(tm) as a Festival Vendor. Your organization or business will have an unparalleled opportunity to promote the scope of your business or services to a targeted and captive audience of dog lovers, adults, children and the community-at-large.

There are approximately 64 million Americans living with a disability. Canine Companions is a national non-profit organization that provides expertly trained service dogs and a lifetime of follow-up services - completely free of charge - to children, adults and veterans with disabilities so they can lead lives with greater independence.
