Every Sunday and Monday, Better Bites is working in the kitchen to prep ingredients, cook and assemble meals. We offer two hour shifts from Noon to 6pm each Sunday and 2 to 6pm each Monday. Tasks vary each week depending on the meals that we are preparing for the local food pantry and to fulfill retail sales orders. We peel and chop lots of fresh veggies in order to meet our goal of providing better nutrition throughout the St. Croix Valley! Volunteers can choose shifts that fit into their schedules through our online sign-up genius calendar.

Better Bites St. Croix Valley responds to community nutrition needs for low income families in St. Croix Valley county of Wisconsin. Through community partnerships, we support and enhance existing community nutrition service as well as identify and address gaps in health and nutrition programs.
