Unlocking Futures is a non-profit volunteer driven organization committed to reducing the at-risk behavior of young people. Since 1985, Unlocking Futures has worked to deliver innovative and effective programs, aimed at empowering young people to lead fulfilled lives. Unlocking Futures, formally known as Youth at Risk is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven organization committed to transforming the chaotic lives of young people through persistent and compassionate mentoring. Since 1985, Unlocking futures has helped HS students make college an option: we take them from failing grades to passing grades; and/or passing grades to top grades. We give them tools to win in life such as a Goal-directed focus and Shift at-risk behaviors to responsible behaviors
