Mission Statement

Learning Rights Law Center seeks to ensure that all students are provided with equitable access to the public education system, with a focus on low-income children that have disabilities, face discrimination or are involved in the dependency or juvenile justice systems.

Description

Learning Rights Law Center is a legal services nonprofit that fights for a child’s right to education. Learning Rights assists low-income families by providing free legal counsel and advice, advocacy, direct representation, education, training and policy work.
