Are you looking for a little something more in your life...something that can provide a strong sense of connection and fulfillment? Would you like to share your knowledge, talent and heart that will have a meaningful impact on the lives of others?
Volunteering with Brookdale Hospice offers the opportunity to be a part of the hospice team, benefit your well-being and do satisfying work to provide compassionate visits to others. You will be a vital part of our team, touch the life of someone special and carry away the joy we all receive in making the difference in the life of another.
We are currently not seeing patients in the Senior Living communities, but with agreement and using CDC guidelines, we can visit them if they are living at home.
Until it is safe to do so, you could assist in other ways. Contact tchoate@brookdale.com to learn how you can make a difference during this time.

Mission Statement
Our Mission Statement is simple but powerful: Enriching the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity.
Description
Life is much more than physical health; it is also the dignity of the human spirit. When physical health begins to fail, the nurturing of the spirit becomes increasingly important. Hospice care is a service that aids the transition between living and dying by providing respect, care, comfort, and support to patients and families.
Brookdale Hospice volunteers provide important support to the care of our patients and families.
Brookdale Hospice serves primarily residents at Brookdale Senior Living communities and the surrounding neighborhoods. We are CHAP accredited and a member of the NHPCO.
