Project Amistad is looking for volunteers to help with our Summer Bash on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 9:00am-3:00pm at Memorial Park Reserve Area 3100 Copper Ave. El Paso, Texas 799307.
We have 3 shifts available: 8:00-11:00 AM, 11:30-1:30 PM and 1:30-3:00 PM
Duties include:
Assisting with loading Project Amistad vehicles at our office/ Unloading and set up at the venue
Assist with packing project Amistad vehicles at the venue when event is over
Greeting clients and guardians as they arrive and usher them to table
Offering drinks to those clients already seated
Serving drinks and food from distribution line
Assembling plates of food to be distributed
Ensuring that all tables are neat and tidy
Maintain general cleanliness around park area
Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, no flip flops
