Ethos is seeking a college student for an internship opportunity in the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program. The PCA Program is a MassHealth service that helps elders and people with permanent chronic disabilities keep their independence. continue to reside in the community, and manage their own personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Regular communications with medical professionals
• Work with senior program staff on designing strategies for operational systems improvements
• Undertake quality of care improvement initiatives
• Review and edit training materials
• Report to the PCA Manager

Ideal candidate:

• College student
• Interest in serving the needs of the elderly and disabled populations
• Desire to learn about community healthcare delivery
• Interested in quality of care administrative processes
