We need volunteers to help every Sunday afternoon (noon to 5:00 p.m.) to help unload transport vehicle, pack back up, take the dogs for walks outside, make sure their cages are clean at all times and their water filled.
We need someone to help get, train and oversee the volunteers at PetSmart and other events. Bark at the Park will be the weekend of 10/1-2/2016 at the Lancaster Park on W. Ave. 10 near L.
We need to know that we can count of our volunteers to show up on time and, if they cannot make it, that they let us know in a timely manner.

Mission Statement
* Rescue, foster and find good homes for abandoned and homeless domestic and farm animals. * Spay/neuter abandoned and homeless cats and dogs, as well as help low income families with same. * Conduct TNR+ programs to help neighborhood feral cats. * Give sanctuary to those animals that cannot be placed elsewhere. * Investigate animal neglect and cruelty of animals. * Educate companion animal caretakers about the importance of vaccinating, spaying/neutering, proper animal care, and how to keep them protected from wild animals. * Phone consultations and teaching at conferences and through the media regarding humane wildlife solutions.
Description
Animal rescue for domestic, farm, unwanted exotic pets and some wildlife. CARES is also a sanctuary for animals that can't be placed elsewhere.
