Veterans needed to assist with recognizing our veterans that we have on service. Interim Hospice has partnered with "We Honor Veterans " Interim Hospice and thier staff would like to have a Veteran(s) who would be willing to assist in this honor and to make this recognition even more special. To be pinned and presented a certificate by a fellow soldier/Veteran that has also served their country, and that could relate to their stories and may even want to share some of their own with these heroes that deserve this recognition would be awesome

Mission Statement
Interim HealthCare Hospice provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. The program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings. Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver , lifestyle, values, and wishes.
Description
Our role at Interim Healthcare Hospice is to support our patients and families as they approach the end of life. We will help them understand the choices open to them and work to support them in their decisions. We will provide personalized care, coordinating the services that will make them safe and comfortable. We encourage contacts with friends and families that allow important things to be spoken, remembered and celebrated. Our focus will be to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our clients and those who love and care for them. Care, Comfort, Choice.
