Join us on Fridays between noon and 1:00p.m. for our weekly yoga class at Anytime Fitness in University Heights! Learn poses that help with strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and relaxation alongside adults from our Beachwood Adult Activities Center (AAC). Ride out with us from the Beachwood AAC or meet us at Anytime Fitness. It is a fun, effective workout for everyone!
