I am a first time Author of a Non-Fiction Manuscript autobiography/memoirs called Reminiscing what goes on in here stays in here!!!!! I started writing my memoirs in 2008 about my story in how women/children can turn in the victim card to becoming victorious!!! how I started at the same time I started writing my memoirs I started the Vintage Rose Battered women's shelter in 2008 as well, Vintage Rose started out as a grass-root Organization more importantly my Manuscript Reminiscing is currently registered with the library of Congress and currently being reviewed edited and proofread before going into print for my readers in the next few months of this 2016. In closing the message is for women/children out there to let you know that you are not alone and there is a way out of abuse!!!!!

Mission Statement:
Vintage Rose Battered Women's Shelter Corporation is a non-profit committed to reaching and seeing through recovery women/children of all races who have been victims of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Our goal is to serve the women/children of the Los Angeles County and San Gabriel Valley areas who are in need of immediate safe and temporary shelter away from the abuser. The Vintage Rose Battered Women's Shelter Organization firmly believe that such victims and their children need immediate distance from the enviorment of the abuser to sort out and plan their futures. Each one we reach we commit to see to a life lived without fear or intimidation or relaspe into re-entering a relationship that would endanger them or their children.
Description
Vintage Rose Battered Women's Shelter Corporation is in it's early developmental stages. As of September 2012 the Vintage Rose Orgainzation is officially a Non Profit entity and has secured our 501(c) 3. This gives us the green light to move forward in finding a location and securing a residence through funding events, sponsorship programs, and volunteer assistance.
