Courageous Women Association, a nonprofit 501c3 Organization, providing supportive services, resources, and empowerment to impoverished women and child victims of domestic violence, homelessness, human trafficking, addiction, and other crippling life experiences, is looking for an experienced VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR who can volunteer their time and services to lead, coordinate, and recruit volunteers in all aspects of our programs and services.

The Volunteer Coordinator position is a non-paid volunteer position providing exposure and experience in nonprofit environment. The position is part-time, that will eventually turn into a full-time paid position.

Volunteer Coordinator will help to:

~ Train, recruit, and lead up to 200 volunteers.

~ Maintain volunteer contact and hours database

~ Report directly to the Executive Director and Board of Directors

~ Participate in events and programs and services

~ Head our Volunteers Committee and recruit volunteer team members to assist

We provide services to over 1000 women and children annually.
