Volunteers are needed to provide homework support, reading books to the children, or assisting with childcare when a parent is meeting with their counselor,case manager or attending group. Also provide assistance to children on our playground.

Mission Statement
2NDFLOOR Youth Helpline provides children and youth a forum where they can call about any challenge they may be facing. We are committed to providing both a resource and a prevention tool that has the potential of helping young people with issues and concerns early on. We believe this provides positive outcomes as youth make healthier choices and realize options and resources they might not have known existed.
Description
The 2NDFLOOR Youth Helplineis a toll-free number for New Jersey’s youth and young adults to call for any reason, encompassing the big and small problems of daily life. The helpline provides a 24/7anonymous, confidential outlet for youth to speak with a non-judgmental listener. Master level counselors and trained listeners encourage discussion, provide support and offer practical guidance.
