Mission Statement
To put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs

Description
The Mays Family YMCA was established in 2000 as a sports only facility. In January 2007, the YMCA renovated their program building to become an express fitness facility. This location offers a variety of amenities which include a: wellness floor, large group exercise room, mind and body studio, ten soccer fields, four baseball fields, throwing lanes, and batting cages. We offer programs such as youth sports, martial arts, childwatch, kidz club, Pilates Reformer classes, personal training, silver sneakers, and much more.
We work hard to serve all members in an equal way. It is important to us that no one is turned away due to the inability to pay; financial assistance is available to those in need through our Open Door scholarship program.
Our YMCA promotes the Pillars of Character. The goal is for everyone who participates with the YMCA to incorporate honesty, caring, respect, responsibility and faith, our core values, into everything they do. Our core values are present in everything we do; youth sports programs, customer service and signage throughout the facility.
Over the past years, the Mays YMCA has developed a lifelong relationship with our community. The YMCA has been a great fit in the Stone Oak area. The entire community has been very supportive of our efforts and we are very excited for our opportunity to continue to serve the Stone Oak community for years to come.
