The Medical Team Hospice is in need of volunteers in the Hartland area to offer companionship to our patients in Hidden Creek Assisted living facility if you ca spare one hour a week and love to spend time with the elderly or just need hours for school please call Crystal at The Medical Team Hospice

Mission Statement
The Medical Team offers the strength and support of dedicated, training caregivers. Our mutidisciplinary team of hospice specialist includes a Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, CNA's, pharmacists, social worker, chaplain, bereavement and volunteer coordinator.
Description
The Medical Team is also able to offer the care of trained Volunteers----people who understand the emotional and logistical burdens of this trying time, and are committed to providing companionship and interaction.
