This organization needs to build a robust repository of many stakeholders and participants and define the configuration and operations plan for registering, categorizing and maintaining its database of customers, voluntters and doners.

Select and configure a CRM solution ( Zoho , Hubspot example )

Select and congigure a mail/media campaign solution (Zoho, mailchimp example)

An experienced leader needed to set a strategy, build the process and accountability around these tools and to recruite and provide direction to a group of volunteers to realize this plan.

All immeiate resources are volunteer. Any budget that is needed msut be defined for fund raising.

A secondary mission is to connect to all veterans of any era, open their experience with non-veterans to transform their civic and community engagement of all of our community.
