The organization organizes three months training projects in order to building physical, mental, moral, employment & life skills capacities of the vulnerable/disengaged youth mostly the women & girls. The skills building capacity class will be running from 10:00 to 14:00 & after this,the other above mentioned training will be running from 14:30 to 16:30 every day alternately. The organization organizes at least 2x training programs every year.
The organization also organizes one & half month training projects in order to building physical, mental, moral & life skills capacities of the student at public schools. The training program will be running after their regular class. We take their 1.25 to 1.5 hour every day other than Sunday and other Government holiday.
The training will be monitored by training officers and the performance will be evaluated every week by the chairman & experts. Every Sunday is the Government holiday.
