Long Beach will host another Bark For Life Event in the month of October.

Volunteers will be needed to help plan the event so email today to help this event get started.

Volunteers will be needed to set up the event that includes signs that go around the park, tables for vendors in the main area, tables for registrations and raffle, we will need help with registration of the participants, man the raffle booth, we may have to assist the vendors in their unloading and set up, we have to blow up balloons and help decorate the space along with putting up banners, and when its all over take down the event and load up the event to go back to storage.

We may be asked to fill water bowls for the dogs, and keep the water cold for the participants.

And if there is a DJ that would like to donate 5 hours of his/her day that would be wonderful too. Music and a mic is very helpful to the event. We need to keep our expenses down seeing we have only the money we raise, and I would like that to go to research for a cure for cancer.
