The Columbia Gorge Windsurfing Association (CGWA) has some great volunteer opportunities at this year's Beach Bash (fundraising) event including:
- Set-Up & Break Down Crews
- Beer/Wine Server
- Parking Booth Greeter
- Registration
Thursday, June 23rd: Pray for Wind Party 6-10pm
Friday, June 24th: Outdoor Concert Presented 6-10pm. Great live music featuring local bands. Beer, wine and local food for sale at the Waterfront Park. Suggested donation at the door.
Saturday, June 25th - Sunday, June 26th: Live music, food, beer, wine, games, kids activities, Windsurfing slalom and freestyle competitions, unlimited SUP and windsurfing demos, free clinics and lessons. If you like hanging out on the beach, you will have fun at Beach Bash!

Our Goals
CGWA works hard to maximize the positive impact of our resources. These are our main goals:
- Improve and protect existing sites along the Columbia River; seek out opportunities to create new ones.
- Build an engaged and energized community of windsurfers in the Gorge.
- Be responsive to and representative of the CGWA membership.
- Build and maintain CGWA as a financially sustainable organization that proactively addresses growing and changing resource needs.
Description
CGWA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. The Association is a membership organization open to all windsurfers and to individuals and businesses who support the sport of windsurfing.
