One of the properties that I am a coordinator for, houses senior citizens. Several of the residents have expressed interest in having a grief support club, session, class, etc. There are many seniors who really wish to talk to someone who can either help them manage their grief, understands it, or just to listen. This is more to find someone or several people who could come and lead a grief support group, bring and share resources for such a group. Anyone interested please get in contact with me, so we can talk further. Thank you.

Description
CHR Partners offers one-to-one referral based case management to assist our residents with gaining access to necessary services, eliminating the need to choose between shelter, food and education. We pair this with a world-class youth mentorship and literacy program to provide a safety net for our children growing up in poverty. Our staff and programs are fiercely committed to being the change agent for affordable housing and the programs that provide the needed security for our communities.
