The Janet Goeske Foundation is looking for volunteer instructors for an exciting new computer and social media program. Volunteer instructors will assist older adults with learning programs such as Microsoft Word, Facebook, and email. Class curriculums and training on how to teach the curriculum is provided to all volunteers.
Comfort in using a computer and in explaining programs to others is desired. You do not need to be a computer expert - volunteers will be trained to teach these programs.

Description
JGF has been serving the local senior community with a whole-person centered approach for 31 years. JGF recognizes that physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being are essential for maintaining quality of life and we strive to meet the needs of our patrons in all of these areas.
JGF provides a comprehensive selection of health and wellness classes and activities designed to promote both physical and mental fitness as well as encouraging seniors to stay socially engaged. We currently offer over 160 regular weekly activities including 56 fitness classes, 36 social groups/clubs, 31 senior services, 28 art classes, and 15 support groups.
