The Diamond Hill Senior Center is looking for volunteers to help participants of the center with their food bank items on the first Friday of each month from 11:45AM to about 2:00PM. This/these volunteer(s) would assist in sorting and setting up food on the table, distributing the food out to participants that come to the senior center, take the grocery bags to their cars (weight is roughly 4 lbs) and also they help keep the distribution running smoothly. All of this is done AT the center- there is no need for off site delivery service. Spanish is a plus, but not requried. Contact Gloria Kuykendall at Senior Citizen Services at 817-413-4949 ext 211 for more information.
