The FJC co-locates essential services, including JBWS, police, prosecuter, attorneys and other service providers under one roof.
Trained volunteers will work alongside our FJC staff responding to calls from victims, navigating them throught the center, linking them up to resources and assisting with recreational activities for their children while the client is being assisted.
Volunteers are needed to fill shifts Monday - Friday; 9am-12:30pm and 12:30-4:30pm.
Volunteers must attend a state mandated, 40 hour domestic violence training program offered by JBWS twice a year; spring and fall. Volunteers must also have a background check done.
