Our mission is to foster learning opportunities that explore, inspire, and connect people with our local beautiful estuary, Puget Sound.

Description

Puget Sound Estuarium was founded in 2007 as a result of community interest in creating opportunities for the public to learn about estuaries, geology, natural and cultural history, marine life, and human impact one of the largest estuaries in the United States, Puget Sound. The Estuarium offers fun programs both indoors and outdoors for all ages. Volunteering with us will give you access to learn more about the history, biology, and ecology of Puget Sound while helping to inspire other's in the community.
