Northwest Housing Alternatives is looking for an experienced animal groomer to care for the pets of our senior residents at the Creekside Woods Senior Apartments in Wilsonville.

Animals play an important role in many pet-owners lives. It can be difficult for seniors with limited mobility and incomes to take their animals to the groomer’s on a regular basis. At Northwest Housing Alternatives, we work closely with community partners and volunteers to support our residents by providing holistic services so our community members can live fulfilling, enriched lives.

We are looking for an experienced pet groomer to trim the toe nails of pet-residents of a senior affordable housing community in Wilsonville. We are in need of a volunteer to come to Creekside for 2 hours a month to work with the pets at the property.

For many of our residents, these animals are part of their family. It will mean the world to them to have someone come and take care of this basic need the pet has that the owner can no-longer take care of on their own.

Northwest Housing Alternatives' mission is to house those most in need. We build and rehabilitate affordable housing for Oregonians with low incomes, including seniors, families, and people with special needs, and operate a shelter for homeless families with children.
