Help develop the next generation of diverse digital talent by sharing your professional and technical skills with Reve Academy youth!

Through Rêve Academy’s internship program high schoolers learn business, technology and design skills. Students then apply their skills by completing projects for paying clients. Past projects have included websites, marketing materials and branding audits.

ACADEMY NEEDS

Rêve Academy is seeking skilled individuals to join the organization as "Digiteers." In this role, you will have the opportunity to help develop students’ skills + mindset. Your help is crucial to helping our students discover the pathway to their own digital careers.

Digiteers

Empower + equip student leaders to manage their teams

Work 1-on-1 or with small team of students

Coach students in professional skill development


Areas of Focus (Not necessarily "expert"-just interest!)

TECH: Adobe Programs, WordPress + more

DESIGN: human-centered design, branding, UX design

BUSINESS: project management, marketing + client work

Qualfications

Maintains high expectations for students

Foundational belief that all kids can learn and succeed

Motivated to work alongside diverse student teams

Ability to teach and learn from others
