Help coordinate and share a meal with Our Saviour's Housing! Our Emergency Shelter is home to 40 homeless adults every night of the year, and we rely on volunteers like you to provide a delicious meal and warm hospitality.
We are in need of an individual to help coordinate and lead a monthly (or every other month) dinner at the shelter. Under the guidance of the Shelter Dinner Coordinator, individual volunteers will sign-up through an on-line portal to help purchase, cook, and clean-up a dinner for 40 adults. The Shelter Dinner Coordinator would create a menu and divide up the ingredient list for each volunteer to contribute a portion of the meal as well as help guide and lead the cooking and clean-up the evening of the dinner.
We have a variety of dates open -weekday and weekend! Dinner is served at 7pm, with cooking beginning at the Our Saviour's Housing Emergency Shelter at 5:30pm.
For more information , please contact Rachel at volunteer@oshousing.org or 612-872-4193 x2.
