During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Be Active and have FUN at the same time! Provide support to an individual with developmental disabilities who would like to have a Wellness/Exercise Coach. The coach will be matched to an individual that we serve who would like to become more active and healthy. Meet once a month or more frequently to motivate and participate in various cardio and strenth training exercises. These can include walking, weights, swimming, basketball, etc. You and the individual can set up a time and exercise that works for the two of you. Interested in a healthy life? Enjoy activity while you volunteer with a Hammer resident who also enjoys exercising. Locations: Crystal, Plymouth, St. Louis Park, New Hope and Golden Valley.
