ORGANIZATION: International Rescue Committee in Phoenix

Help facilitate Job Club workshop, provide initial assessment of skills and needs for work ready clients, provide 1-on-1 support in assisting clients with resume creation, completing paper/ electronic applications, mock interviews, job coaching, and other necessary job search activities.
Job Club curriculum includes reinforcing American Workplace expectations, specialized vocational training (housekeeping, warehouse, construction), mock interviewing techniques and skills, addressing and tackling prominent workplace issues (timeliness and punctuality, hygiene, cell phone usage, and work ethic).

Classes are taught weekly on Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30am - 2:30pm
