Job Description

The Gifts Specialist will report directly to the Special Events Manager and will work collaboratively with all of The Cupcake Girls departments. Specifically, this specialist is responsible for planning and assembling gifts for volunteers, clients, and organizational events while remaining within budget parameters. S/he is an integral part of the team, utilizing creativity and skill.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Plan and assemble gifts for client events

  2. Prepare and/or find gifts for volunteer events as needed, such as Sweet Run, Cupcake of

    the Month, anniversary gifts, and volunteer appreciation.

  3. Provide Gifts Team projects for Monday and Wednesday volunteer events, or schedule

    additional assembly dates as needed.

  4. Research ideas for budget-friendly and creative gifts frequently.

  5. Coordinate with Community Relations to receive donated/discounted items.

  6. Connect with gift team members monthly via Podio and team meetings.

  7. Fill out 15five report weekly.

  8. Commit to 10 hours per week of concentrated work in your role.

  9. Log office hours and track team office hours in Podio.

  10. Attend scheduled specialist meetings.

  11. Connect biweekly with the Gifts Specialist in your sister city.

In order to best serve the varied needs of the adult entertainers we support, The Cupcake Girls offers a range of both in-house services that we feel we are uniquely able to provide, as well as referrals to external care providers when we've identified existing professionals and organizations that meet our high standards and have proven themselves trustworthy working with the adult entertainment community. We partner with our clients to build comprehensive, holistic plans to help them pursue their goals and objectives, working to ensure that we're matching the right solutions to the right individual at the right time.
