Culinary Care delivers complimentary meals to in-need cancer patients and their families, ensuring they never have to struggle getting the nourishment they need to survive. We are looking for passionate, dedicated volunteers to help deliver meals throughout Chicago.
Volunteer meal drivers should be available Monday - Friday between 11:30AM and 3:00PM. Hours will vary per week and are flexible with your schedule.
All volunteer meal drivers must attend an orientation. Orientation is held every last Thursday of the month at 12:15, or by appointment to schedule different time/day. It takes approximately 1-1.5hrs to complete.
Volunteers will be asked to provide copies of both driver's license and car insurance, and will be asked to run a criminal background check. All volunteers must be 18 years of age and have a smart phone in order to download the delivery application.
