As an advocate and passionate representative of Sickle Cell Association of Houston’s mission, the Brand Ambassador serves as the face and key contact to all potential partners, companies, and stakeholders. Traveling is required of the Brand Ambassador, as you will be coordinating and meeting with various entities, offices, organizations, health systems about our services with a focus in capacity building.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience establishing and building collaborative relationships

• Able to multitask with exceptional follow-up
• Diligently maintain strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and applicable law
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• 1 year healthcare/medical experience preferred but not required
• High School diploma and some college education preferred but not mandatory
• Strong relationship building and people skills, with an emphasis on being a team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
