During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Hummingbird Studio is a free, inclusive community art program open to artists of ALL ages and abilities. We were located in the heart of downtown Olympia until March 2020 when we had to suspend our physical program due to COVID-19.-
We are hosting hummingbird studio on Zoom and we continue to need volunteers to help us sustain our mission of inclusion. If you love art and connecting with all different kinds of people, this opportunity is for you! It is a one-hour a week commitment and provides joy and connection for individuals who are isolated and lonely. We zoom every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1-2 and we recently added a 2:30-3:30 shift on Tuesdays. We plan to add more sessions as interest dictates. Feel free to email with questions or interest.

Paid Direct Service Professional caregivers assist individuals with daily tasks of living allowing them to live as independently as possible in their community. We also provide state-contracted respite and community guide services to individuals with disabilities. These services provide fun outings to help get individuals out into the community and to provide supports to work on personal goals. Our two community programs focus on social inclusion.
