- Set up all shade tents, tables and chairs
- Each tent has its own supply box or boxes that need to be delivered to the correct tent
- Take ADA literature out of boxes and arrange on tables at the Mission Tent
- Set-up volunteer food and drink station
- Place banners/signs on all tents, stage,etc
- Set-up Start/Finsih line
- Set-up Registation Tent
- Set-up Tents: Team Red, Red Strider & Champions/VIP
