Looking to be part of a fun event that supports a great cause? Community Health Center is recruiting volunteers for our 24th Annual Golf Tournament! This group of dedicated CHC supporters helps us put on a wonderful tournament each fall, all while supporting a great mission: providing access to equitable, patient-centered, high-quality healthcare for all, regardless of ability to pay.
Volunteers at this event will help with set-up, directing players and attendees through the day, selling raffle tickets, managing our on-course competitions and more. Many of our golfers are returning supporters, making the day light in work load and tons of fun!

Community Health Center (CHC) is a patient-centered medical home providing integrated primary care, dental and behavioral health services to the most vulnerable children, adults and families on Cape Cod.
CHC is unique in the fact that we provide care to more than 25,000 individuals within a "complete medical home" model, where multidisciplinary, integrated health services are provided under one roof to assist patients overcome transportation, affordability, financial, linguistic, cultural and other barriers to care. Patients who visit can receive primary care, behavioral health care, optometry, dental services and women’s health care, as well as specialized services and a full-service pharmacy.
