The role of the adoption event coordinator is to faciliate the coordination of multiple adoption events each month. The duties include:

1. Creating the adoption event facebook event on the CPR facebook page.
2. Scheduling foster parents to attend with pets
3. Scheduling Camp volunteers to bring Camp pets
4. Scheduling an event lead for each event
5. Maintain event bags
6. Maintain adoption books for event bags
7. Oversee training for adoption event leads
8. Make recommendations for adoption event marketing improvements
9. Filling in for event lead if none is available for the adoption day
