Everyday is a gift and birthdays & special occassions are to be celebrated!
Join our PC Care Team of Nurses, Doctors, Chaplains, & Social Workers as we form a brigade of special occassion volunteers for memorable moments in our patients lives.
Volunteers will meet monthly to review and plan for upcoming birthday and special occassions in our patients life. From favorite birthday cards and cakes to special wishes, volunteers will join efforts to make this monthly visit a day to remember.
Time Commitment Two to Four Hours a Month
