We are looking to grow our board! Our board meets the first Monday of every month from 6-8pm at the SEED SPOT office in downtown Phoenix. We are looking for a one-year commitment.
The specific position we are in need of are:
-Business development. An individual that has fundraising/ event planning, donor networking, and or grant writing experience.
Candidate has to love comedy, laughter, and children.

To empower and inspire young people through the art of improvisation. The performers rely on listening, respect, teamwork, and making fearless bold choices. Through improvisation our students build confidence and develop creativity, collaboration and a curiosity for learning.
Description
Humor Writes is an improv-based writing residency, where students use creative drama techniques grouped with writing strategies to write and perform original stories and scenes. In doing so, students learn and apply basic acting tools and elements of story structure as they practice collaboration and appropriate peer review. This process builds prewriting skills, oral language and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
