About

Workforce Pathways Coaches provide short-term individualized tutoring to adults enrolled in ESOL or Adult Basic Education classes who are looking to enter the workforce or find a better job. They work one-on-one with students seeking employment to improve basic workforce preparation skills (resume-building, interviewing skills, or filling out job applications) and help students learn how to navigate the job search process in the United States.

Bilingual skills and/or experience working with adult immigrants, refugees, or English language learners is strongly desired but not required. The top 5 languages represented among our students are Amharic, Tigrinya, Spanish, Mandarin, and Somali, although combined our students speak over 40 languages. We are an equal opportunity employer working towards a culturally diverse workplace. People of color and bilingual/multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.
