About

The Strong Bones aka StrongWomen Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. Volunteer leaders receive training and support. Our plans for expansion have identified six possible new locations: Black Creek, Brillion, Freedom, Hortonville, Seymour and Shiocton. These communities are located in rural Outagamie and Calumet counties.
