If you have video editing skills, we are looking for one volunteer to edit videos and other content from our events and make them available online via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms. We do not have a preferred platform right now but have used Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop in the past. Some of the skills we are looking for are: assembling footage, synchronizing and storing files online. This person should be familiar with audio and video engineering techniques, voice over, etc. Also we’ll prefer someone who is willing to share his/her expertise or help train and mentor other volunteers, especially interns, in video and photo editing.
Time commitment is expected to be about two to three hours per week. Attendance, at least once a month, at editorial meetings (Tuesdays, 5-7 p.m., at the Posner Center) would be ideal to assist with planning and updates as a team.
