Hospice with Grace has many opportunities for volunteers; from office work to visiting with patients and their families. Be a great support to someone when they need it most. We have opportunities in the Katy, Cypress, and Tomball areas.

The mission of Hospice with Grace is to provide individualized hospice care with services specially tailored to the physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs of patients with life limiting illness, their families and the community, by delivering high quality and compassionate care.
Description
Hospice with Grace works to provide an oasis of peace and calm for patients as they enter the last months of their lives, letting families focus on spending more time with the patient instead of managing care.
