Our charity, Brooke USA, is raising money this summer to fund permanent water troughs in Ethiopia to help alleviate the suffering of 11,500 horses, donkeys, and mules. This will also benefit 69,000 of the world's poorest people who depend on those animals to earn a livelihood.
We would like to have booths at several horse shows this summer to spread the word and generate donations.
We are seeking self-motivated volunteers to set-up a very simple booth and work it (you can also enjoy the horse shows).
The goal is to raise money for this very important animal welfare project called "Buy a Donkey a Drink."

Description
The Brooke is the world's largest international equine welfare charity.
For more than 80 years we have been alleviating the suffering of working horses, donkeys, and mules in some of the poorest countries on earth. By improving the welfare of these very hard-working animals, the people who depend on them also beneift. In 2015 alone we reached 1.8 million equines, benefitting 10 million people across Africa, Asia, and Central America.
Our American division, Brooke USA, exists solely to support the overseas work of the Brooke through fundraising and awareness. While the Brooke is headquartered in London, England, Brooke USA is headquartered at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
