This non-contact boxing-inspired fitness call is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives. It enables them to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality of life and sense of efficacy and self-worth. It provides encouragement through a "tough love" approach, inspiring maximum effort, speed, strength, balance and flexibility.
There is a big demand for this class in our community and it has grown tremendously in the past few months. It is truly inspiring, encouraging and fun!! If you or anyone that you know would be interested in volunteering to assist the director and teachers through classes by helping participants through some exercises, please contact us.
